It is a grease with a formulation containing EP additives, whose resistance to water washing and temperature is increased by adding special additives to thickeners in lithium complex structure, and whose resistance to impact loads is improved.

What are the Basic Functions of Grease Oils?
Grease oils are developed to protect the moving components of equipment where liquid oils cannot be used. In both industrial and automotive applications, grease oils perform the following tasks:
- Wear Reduction: Reduces friction between metal surfaces.
- Corrosion Protection: Prevents corrosion caused by moisture and dirt.
- Sealing: Prevents foreign materials such as dust, dirt and water from entering the equipment.
- Load Carrying: Maintains its viscosity even under heavy load.
- Temperature Resistance: Provides effective protection at high and low temperatures.
What are Grease Oil Analysis Methods?
Grease analysis includes various tests to evaluate the chemical, physical and mechanical properties of the grease. These analyses are critical to understanding the grease's current performance and durability.
- Penetration Test: Intended to measure the softness level of the grease. A standardized weight is applied to the grease surface for a certain period of time and the resulting depth is measured. The fluidity level of the grease determines whether it is suitable for the application environment.
- Dropping Point Test: It is intended to evaluate the high temperature resistance of the grease. The temperature at which the grease begins to liquefy when heated is measured. It is a critical indicator especially for equipment operating at high temperatures.
- Water Resistance Test: This test is performed to determine whether the grease can maintain its performance when in contact with water. The grease is brought into contact with water and its structural stability is measured. Greases with high water resistance are preferred for humid or water-exposed applications.
- Metal Etching Products Analysis: It is preferred to determine the contamination level of the grease and the presence of metal particles caused by abrasion. Metallic particles are analyzed by spectrometric methods. The amount of wear indicates whether the equipment needs maintenance.
- Oxidation and Thermal Stability Tests: It is aimed to measure the grease's resistance to oxidation and its tendency to thermal degradation. Changes in the chemical structure of the grease at high temperature are examined. It evaluates the performance of the grease in long-term use.
- Additive Analysis: It is aimed to determine the amount and effectiveness of the additives contained in the grease. Additives are evaluated using spectroscopy or chemical analysis methods. The effectiveness of antioxidant, anti-wear or EP (high pressure) additives is determined.
- Corrosion Protection Test: Performed to measure the ability of the grease to protect metal surfaces from corrosion. The grease is tested on a metal sample and signs of corrosion are observed. Determines the suitability of greases used in humid environments.
