GMO Analysis in Cotton
Organic cotton means that GMO contamination is prevented in the process from the production of the cotton to the spinners and the brands. GMO analysis in cotton is important and different from other GMO analyzes.
In our laboratories serving in many parts of Turkey, "GMO Analysis in Cotton" studies are carried out in accordance with the relevant legal regulations and standards. The types of GMO analysis performed within the scope of our laboratory are as follows:
Cottonseed (cottonseed): Raw
Seed cotton): Raw cotton containing both seed and fiber before ginning
Cotton lint): Raw fiber that has gone through the ginning process
Greige Yarn (Raw yarn): An untreated long continuous length of interlocking lint resulting from cleaning and subsequent spinning of lint
