FZ/T 81014: Infant wear

The FZ/T 81014 standard covers the requirements for baby clothes to be sold in China. The GB/T 33271-2016 standard can also be used instead of the FZ/T 81014 standard. The tests and analyzes performed to determine the conformity of baby clothes to the standard are as follows.

- Color fastness to wet rubbing
- Color fastness to rubbing to primer
- Extractable heavy metals: As, Pb, Cr, Co, Cu, Ni, Sb, Cd, Cr, Hg
- Total heavy metals: Test on coating on coated or pigment-printed fabric, plastic or rubber component and component - Pb, Cd
- Determination of Phthalates
- Flammability
- Other requirements: The zipper must be non-removable. It should not contain removable particles. Sharp tip, bead etc. should not exist. The neck opening of the sweater should be suitable for babies.
