GB/T 15107: Athletic footwear

The GB/T 15107 standard includes sneaker product classification, technical requirements, test methods and markings, packaging, transportation and storage requirements.

GB/T 15107 standard can be used for products to:
- General wear footwear,
- Training footwear,
- Sports footwear,
- Walking footwear,
- Running footwear,
- Casual footwear,

Professional sports footwear is not tested under GB/T 15107 standard.

Products are sorted by upper materials :
a) Natural leather (including top layer leather and split leather);
b) Synthetic (artificial) leather;
c) Textiles;
d) Composite materials.

Products are classified according to users as follows:
• Men's footwear,
• Women's footwear,
• Children's footwear.

GB/T 15107 Technical Requirements According to the standard
• Footwear sizes must conform to GB/T 3293.1.
• The size tolerance of pairs of footwear must be appropriate.
• Sole peel strength must comply with GB/T 15107-2013.
• Flexural resistance of all footwear must comply with GB/T 15107-2013.
• Sole wear GB/ Must conform to T 15107-2013.
• Adhesive properties: Must conform to GB/T 15107-2013.
