GB/T 8685: Textiles – Care labeling code using symbols

GB/T 8685 standard covers the procedures for preparing care instructions to prevent permanent damage to textile and apparel products of consumers in the Chinese market. The aim is to provide guidance to the consumer and commercial cleaner on appropriate methods for washing, bleaching, drying, ironing or professional textile care.
