Certification of organic product production; It is a certification process in which every stage of the product such as harvest, processing, storage, packaging is inspected and made as a result of inspection. "Organic Product Certification" is carried out not only by testing on the product but also based on business controls.

Within the scope of the Regulation on the Principles and Application of Organic Agriculture, substances and products that can be used in the production of processed organic foods are listed. Food production should be made and documented in line with the articles specified in the regulation.
