The TS EN 14372 standard covers all the safety requirements of cutlery and feeding containers for children. The standard includes information such as material structure, performance, packaging and labeling.
The standard, which specifies the tests and analyzes that must be performed on feeding containers designed for children up to 36 months, does not include cutlery and feeding utensils designed for special medical applications or use under supervision.
Within the scope of the standard, different chemical and mechanical tests are applied on food containers, cutlery. As a result of the tests, it is determined whether the product is suitable for use by children.
